1.Omics? Data Analysis and Mining
 

Omics data analysis,Transcriptome data analysis,Regulatory network analysis,NGS, etc。

 

 

 

By analyzing alteration and heterogeneity of genome, transcriptome, proteome, and metabolome of multiple diseases including cancers. Through mining of omics data and complementarity of omics data ,we can explain mechanism of cancer in the way systematic and comprehensive.At present, the laboratory has done a lot of work in liver cancer, ovarian cancer and other diseases and achieved gratifying results.

 

 

Through transcriptome data analysis ,the lab filter and evaluate a set of IncRNAs about HCC from expression profile of massive sample . From which we chose a gene called IncRNA DANCR and analyze the mechanism in hepatocellular carcinoma during heterogeneity ,phenotype,prognosis and regulation with public data.Yuan sx ,Wang j et al.Hepatology.2016)

 

 

 

 

To filter best prognosis landmark and optimize therapy target in hepatocellular carcinoma, we performed to identify genes at the transcriptome and proteome levels with Oriental Hepatobiliary Hospital.A study showed that ALDH2 is correlated with transcriptome, proteome and migration-associated clinicopathological traits.ALDH2 inhibited migration and invasion both in vivo and in vitro so that it might be a useful strategy for classifying HCC patients and specifically target metastatic HCC.(Hou G, Chen L, Liu G, et al.Hepatology.2016)

 

 

 

863 project "biological data development and utilization of key technology research"


The project is an important part of the national 863 project, which named "biological data development and utilization of key technology research". Professor Luming Shi in Fudan University School of Pharmacy is responsible for it, and Professor Lei Liu's labwork for the subproject. Task number: 2015AA020104; bear the year: 2015-2017;

 

2.Big Data Platform Construction for Biomedical


Construction of Sample Information Mangement System, Omics Database, Mining Clinical Data Center; Clinical Analysis based on electronic medical records;


 

3.Knowledge Base of Precision Medicine for Disease Studies


Information Management System of Clinical Trial for Drug; Medical Knowledge Base Construction ,Research and Development of Data Model ; Decision Support System for Precision Medical.

We will construct and display precision medicine database through mining of reference and manual correction.

 

Ongoing National Projects "Construction of Knowledgebase of Precision Medicine for Disease Studies"

"Construction of Knowledgebase of Precision Medicine for Disease Studies" is affiliated to "Precision Medicine" of key researach projects belong to " National Key R& D Program(135 Program)". The Biomedical Research Institute of Fudan University is responsible for the project (Liu Lei Professor as the project chief ) .Project number: 2016YFC0901900 ;Project implementation period 2016 - 2020.
The main research task of this project is to study the whole disease spectrum, such as malignancy, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, integrate biomedical ontology and multi-type medical text resources, and integrate multi-level biological information data to analyze the characteristics of biological pathway and network, Through the multi-dimensional automation and manual review, to build a precision medical research knowledge base system and knowledge push system to achieve accurate medical knowledge base retrieval, display, management and sharing, and for the different needs of scientific research and clinical application of knowledge base. more..More
